They say we are only sent what we can handle. I say, it is a miracle for some of us that we handle what we are sent. You’re in that category. Honoured to have crossed paths with you, Rea ❤️
I've been following and reading you long enough to say, I can see how far you've come from this place. I respect and admire you so for sharing and articulating your journey. Love, Virg.
Gut-wrenching, Rea 💔 You've come so far. You are a testament to resilience and courage. Your journey, and all you've endured, will be of service to many. I'm sorry for the brutality of it, but what a gift you are to others.
I have dipped into your posts and read about the loss, through suicide, of your son. I have read how your voice has offered hope to others throughout your own journey of healing from your trauma.
I commend you on your resilience and strength and I feel an overwhelming sense of sadness for you and others who have their own struggles with life.
I hope you don’t mind but I’ve wanted to share a piece of writing that your posts prompted today.
Deep within we hold the pain
The pain you cannot see shrouded in the torment of why’s
Thank you for this lovely poem, Ann! I wasn't strong. I fell apart countless times and tried suicide more than once. There is no explanation why I survived my madness. But, I can support others because I understand.
Sometimes the physical battles really are easier but we forge ahead into the inner battles, too. Life is one challenge after another, with some cool stuff to read in between. Best wishes and thank you for sharing, Rea.
Rea, your words are raw and deeply moving. The battle within can be far harder than any physical one, yet your courage and gratitude shine through. Thank you for sharing your truth. It’s a reminder that even in pain, healing is possible. 💔
Wow, Rea. This is a powerful post. Physical injuries hurt, but it's the emotional scars that have the most difficulty healing. It's so difficult to handle what is thrown our way.

Thank you, lovely Marcia. I didn't feel courageous, I felt beaten, but I survived. 💗
Yes you did 🤍

Deep within we hold the pain
The pain you cannot see shrouded in the torment of why’s
and the hollow silence of the empty replies.
It seems as though
we are destined to
Walk a road
we did not choose.
How do we comfort a soul
that has been ripped apart,
And learn to live forever
With a broken heart.
Sending you love and light Rea.

Thank you, Chano. We have to make a decision to overcome it. ❤️
Grateful you made it. 🙏🏼
Me too. Thank you, Jen. 🙏
Rea, this reads like a psalm written in the middle of the storm.
Surviving your own mind can feel harder than surviving war.
And the grace is this: you did survive. Healing transfigured anguish into strength that finally learned to breathe.
Thank you for your lovely encouraging comment, Elham. It was a prayer in a storm. 🤍
You did the deep work, Rea. And you help others to do the same. Thank you for your strength and light!!!!
That's what I hope for, Stephanie. Thank you for your kind words. 🤍🤍

Depression made it worse, and my mind controlled me. I'm grateful to have a second chance. Thank you, Beth.
Rea… you’ve come a long way… so happy that you have 🌸
Thank you, Brenda. 🌻
Glad she made it through.
Trauma, grief agony, cruel.
Now shines light on truths.
Our spirit deepens when we suffer.
Thank you, Marisol. ❤️🙏

🙏🏼
You have not just survived; you have transmuted agony into awareness.
With reverence for the heart that wrote then, and the soul that shares now.
🙏🙏
I think I learned my lesson now. Thank you for your encouraging comment.
Namaste

I am so glad you made it through all of the grief to a more happier place. You are so much stronger than you think.
I didn't think so, at the time. Thank you, dear Nancy. 💞
