Ode To Kahlil Gibran
My soulmate was born in 1883 in Bsharri We missed each other by a few centuries In an alternate Universe, I was born a few years later We met in a dressmaker’s shop by happenstance This dark-haired man with the soulful eyes His profundity captured my imagination An enlightened master of philosophy His amazing imagination entranced me The eloquent words from his incredible mind Became my well-thumbed vade mecum Across centuries, I silently adored him Our souls must have had celestial rendezvous’ When love beckoned me, I followed him Though his ways were hard and steep When his wings enfolded me, I yielded to him His love crowned me, and crucified me Kahlil Gibran, the master wordsmith and prophet Weaving divine knowledge with ancient tales Clarified the meaning of my life with one line I am in the heart of God

I was just looking at a copy of ”The Profet” on my desk when this post found me…! The synchronicities sometimes…!! 🔮✨
