Thank you Rea, I was taught his philosophies as a child, particularly about the earth, nature. I think my father was responsible. Which fitted in with the other eastern influences in my childhood.
His philosophy calls for a deep and direct reconnection with nature, seeing it as a way to find peace and be grounded.
This is something I personally believe to be true; as are his thoughts on flowers….

I treat The Prophet as my bible, Mark. He was an amazing philosopher.
I have recently started unpacking some of my books and just started rereading an inherited copy of ‘the garden of the prophet’.
