I remember reading what you say is less important to people than how you make them feel…what your post is about, basically. It’s such an important point. We’re like icebergs aren’t we…the big stuff is happening under the surface!
This feels so true. As someone who had a difficult childhood and family experience, I still carry much of that emotion with me, and it informs my actions and decision to this day as a spouse, parent and grandparent. Thank you for this. Love, Virg
So very true. I remember being a waiter and carrying out a huge tray of food. I tried to balance it on my shoulder, and it was getting off-balance, and disaster seemed inevitable. Then another waiter came up behind me and steadied it. I had respect for that dude from then on. Even something small can really make somebody's day and they'll carry that feeling with them. Amazing post, Rea.
Yes absolutely yes. Emotions are not to be toyed with. We have had 3 days of difficulties after months of anguish. And what did we get! Our emotions were trodden all over. Sadly people don’t realise the pain they can cause. I needed to read this. Thank you. 🌸
Yes, yes and yes to this lieve Rea 🩶 You are like a Ray of sunshine in my somewhat grey cloud today, so thank you. I'm grateful for you being here 🙏🏻🌬🦋

True words, Esther. Under the surface is where we break or heal. <3

We are hugely influenced by our emotions. Thank you, Virg.
Much love.

Keep an open heart?
Always, Jolene.
The photo sure captured it, too! What an important reminder to us all!
Thank you, Stephanie!

I’m sorry you went through a difficult time, Brenda. People are clueless! Hugs.
So true, Rea. Our bodies always remember, even if our head doesn’t. I wonder why some of us feel our emotions more deeply than others.
Some people seem to feel nothing for others, Stephanie.
So wonderful.
Love the opening, it drew me in.
Thank you, Debdutta!
